This versatile Jr. Conservatory Addition contributes an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and fits many of our collectibles, such as all 3-story, rear open, Junior and Lilliput kits, and also fits the Quick Build Classic Colonial and Finished Vermont Farmhouse Jr. It also fits either the right of left side of these collections.

Features and dimensions include: One room, plus rooftop balcony space and 10.5 inch floor to ceiling height. Alternate dimensions 11 7/8 W x 11 7/8 D x 13 7/8 H. and 1/4 Plywood floor. 3/8 and 1/2 MDF. Solid wood windows, door, rails, dowels, newels, edge trim, and gingerbread. Stucco paint additive included, and step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings ensure easy set-up

Recommended Supplies: Hammer Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, and Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, and Elastic Bands.

Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
